HARDI: Upload Monthly TRENDS data

Exclusively for HARDI members, at no additional cost. Submitting the survey by the due date, gets your data included in the results and analysis, and gets you the HARDI Monthly TRENDS report.

The survey is an Excel spreadsheet, and is uploaded to your CoMetrics account, once completed. Keep reading for more details and links to download current templates to report your data.

Quick Tips for Submitting:

  • An email will be sent to you from support@cometrics.com at the beginning of every month with a link to the unique survey template (links are also supplied below), along with that month's due date.
  • Submit by the due date to have your data included in the results and analysis, and to receive the Monthly TRENDS report from HARDI.

  • Use the tabs in the form to report by region. 

  • Review the Data Checks tab to verify that the survey is completed correctly.

  • Be sure to save before uploading it to your CoMetrics account.

How to fill out the Monthly TRENDS Survey: Trends Survey Welcome Tab with Boarders

  • Download the survey (from the links below, or our email to you at the beginning of the month)

  • Choose your region, based on the map on the Welcome tab.

  • Fill out the fields with a red tick mark.

  • Review the "Data Checks" tab, and correct any fields in red.

  • Save the file to your computer.

  • Upload the file to your CoMetrics account.

How to submit your Monthly TRENDS Survey:


  • Click on "My Data".

  • Click on the "HARDI Monthly TRENDS Survey" icon.

  • Drag & drop, or upload your file, and click submit.
