HARDI: Submit data for the Monthly Trends report

Download the template, complete the form, and upload it.

Each month, you'll receive an email reminder with a link to download the current spreadsheet, or you can use the link below. Participants complete the survey and then log in to upload the file. Once the submitted data is compiled, HARDI sends the results and analysis to companies who participate each month.

We introduced "My Data" to the CoMetrics platform on January 19, 2026. From now on, simply click on My Data when you want to submit data. Then choose the option for Monthly Trends to upload your file.

  • Download a template for the appropriate month.
  • Complete the survey, following the instructions in the template. Be sure to save the completed survey on your computer. 
  • Log in to the CoMetrics site and click on "My Data"
  • Choose the option for HARDI Monthly TRENDS Survey and Upload your completed survey.

Tips for Submitting

  • Note: there is a unique template each month. 

  • Use the tabs in the form to report by region. 

  • Review the Data Checks tab to verify that the survey is completed correctly.

  • Be sure to save to your local computer and upload your completed, saved file.
