All users must enable multi-factor authentication during the login process. When setting up your account, you have the option to receive the authentication code via text message on your phone or through an app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy. Make sure to verify that you are checking for the code on the correct device or app before proceeding.
When entering your phone number to get the code, please put a "+1" in front of your 10-digit phone number.
If you've recently changed devices, want to change your MFA, or you have already configured MFA for your CoMetrics account and are experiencing issues, we may need to reset your MFA. Send us a note, and we'll be glad to help you!
