My Password Isn't Working

Did you forget your password? You can reset it from the login screen.

How to Reset Your CoMetrics Password

To reset your CoMetrics password, you must have previously set up a password and accepted the user agreement.

  • Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the CoMetrics login page.
  • Check your email inbox for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.
