My Password Isn't Working

Did you forget your password? You can reset it from the login screen.

It's easy to forget a password. If you've already set up your account with a personal password and accepted the user agreement, you can reset your password.

  • Click on the "Forgot your password?" link on the CoMetrics login screen.
  • You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.
