Here's more on how to submit monthly Unitary data for your company. ### **What monthly data should I submit?** **We collect data on all AHRI-certified products and equipment, including thermostats and controls.** If you have questions on what to submit, or would like to refresh any previously submitted data to include more products, you can download a [sample file](https://help.cometrics.com/hubfs/Unitary%20Report_sample%20submission.csv?hsLang=en), or [template file](https://help.cometrics.com/hubfs/Support%20Documentation/UPDATED%20Unitary%20Data%20Template.xlsx?hsLang=en), for reference, or [contact us](mailto:support@cometrics.com) directly.  ### **How do I submit my monthly data?** Monthly submissions are made through "My Data" in your CoMetrics account.  - Log in to the [CoMetrics site](https://cometrics.com?hsLang=en) ![My Data Icon with Border](https://help.cometrics.com/hs-fs/hubfs/My%20Data%20Icon%20with%20Border.png?width=89&height=101&name=My%20Data%20Icon%20with%20Border.png) - Click on **My Data** - Click on **Unitary Data** in the **My Data Hub**.![Unitary Data My Data with boarders](https://help.cometrics.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Unitary%20Data%20My%20Data%20with%20boarders.png?width=83&height=93&name=Unitary%20Data%20My%20Data%20with%20boarders.png) - *If you are authorized to submit for more than one program, you will see a program-selection screen.
