# How do I access the CoMetrics Dashboard?

## Each individual has a unique username and password, allowing them access to submit data and view Dashboards.

## How do I set up my CoMetrics account?

To set up your CoMetrics account, set your password, configure 2-factor authentication, and accept the terms of service. All approved platform users receive a "Welcome to CoMetrics" email when their account is created, containing their username, a temporary password, and setup instructions.

## What steps are required to complete account setup?

Follow these steps after receiving your "Welcome to CoMetrics" email:

1. Set your permanent password.
2. Set up 2-factor authentication.
3. Review and accept the CoMetrics terms of service.

 

Account set-up must be completed within 30 days, before temporary credentials expire. If your temporary password has expired, [contact us](https://help.cometrics.com/knowledge-base/kb-tickets/new?hsLang=en) and the CoMetrics support team can assist.
